Karim Bitar

Karim Bitar is an associate professor of International Relations at Saint Joseph University. He is Research director at the French Think Tank IRIS (Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques), and Managing editor of ENA Hors Les Murs, the monthly publication of the French National School for Administration (ENA) alumni. He graduated from the ENA and IEP Paris and has also studied at Harvard and McGill. He is Associate Fellow at the Geneva Center for Security Policy in Switzerland and associate researcher at Medea Institute in Brussels.
