Josiane Maalouf

Josiane Maalouf has a background in Political Science (Saint Joseph University of Beirut) and Public Administration (State University of New York at Albany). She has worked on numerous development programmes related to Women's Rights, and Local Governance. She is currently Communication and Outreach Manager at Chemonics International.
