People's Tribunals: Lessons from International Experiences

 

On the 25 of April, the Arab master's programme brought together 4 international experts to discuss civil society responses to denial of justice. The activity was organised with the support of a lead expert on People's Tribunals, Regina Menachery Paulos. It brought together four international experts who spoke of their experience within several people's Tribunals: the Women's International War Crimes Tribunal on Japan, the International People’s Tribunal for 1965 and the indonesian genocide, the China Tribunal on organ harvesting and the Uygur Tribunal
